The services are provided by a lawyer and are subject to the professional rules applicable to the legal profession. This English version is provided for convenience; only the French version is legally binding.
—The preliminary assessment is complimentary and is not binding on either party.
—The commitment, payment terms and the conditions for cancellation, postponement and termination are set out in the fee agreement signed before any work begins.
—The programme makes the value of the company easier to read and easier to defend. It guarantees neither that a sale will take place nor any price level.
—The deliverables produced remain the property of the client and are handed over to the client at the end of the programme.
